All Our Lights are 50/50 Red light at 660nm and Near Infrared (NIR) at 850nm

Red Light penetrates about 15mm deep, good for skin and surface treatments, while NIR penetrates about 38mm, for deep tissue and joint treatments. The more melanin in your skin (darker skin tones) the less it will penetrate.
